Batten receptacles for boats up to 90 feet

The 1622 is the latest addition to Rutgerson’s innovative batten receptacle range, and the largest so far – suitable for boats up to 90ft monohull and 80ft multihull. With the same user-friendly push-button function as the smaller versions no tools are required to open the lid. The batten tensioning can easily be adjusted up to 70mm, and the lid has an indicator to show the ultimate trim.

“The 1622 meets the increased demand for big boat equipment and completes our range from 20 to 90 feet, says Charlotte Rutgerson who is managing director of the family owned company her father started more than four decades ago.

Like all other products from Rutgerson this batten receptacle is both designed and produced in Marstrand, Sweden. It is made of black anodised aluminum and stainless steel, and can be used with M12 threaded battcars.

The new batten receptacle is available for orders from January 2018.
