Batten Systems

Rutgerson developed the original battcar with wheels on the outside of the mast profile and that doesn’t require an additional track on the mast, which saves weight and is more cost-efficient. Today we have more than 60 different models in order to fit all kinds of masts on the market with different applications.

Our batten receptacle range is suitable for 20ft to 90ft boats. All of them designed to be easy and time-efficient to install on the sail for the sailmakers and easy to open and use for sailors.

Please note that our batten systems can only be ordered via your distributor or sailmaker.
