How to order

All products you find on this website can also be ordered directly from your local Rutgerson dealer. In fact, some of our products can only be purchased via our dealers as they require consultation or professional installation. Please don’t hesitate to contact your closest dealer if you are uncertain which product to buy and ask them to order for you, as we don’t have the possibility to offer refunds on products sold via our webshop. Please also note that this is a retail webshop only. If your company want to place an order, please contact us and we will set up an account for you.

Payment

In terms of payment on the webshop, we accept credit cards. The payment method is Paypal, which is a well-known system for webshops all over the world. Prices are stated in Euro, SEK, or Dollar depending on your destination country. Purchases can only be made in the currency available for the country where you choose your delivery to be made.

Taxes

As our webshop is international and we ship to countries all over the world, additional taxes in countries outside Europe may apply. It is the customers’ responsibility to be informed about the domestic taxes and customs situation in their country respectively.

Delivery times

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation from us, in most cases within 1-2 weekdays.  If your products are in stock they will nomally be shipped the next day. If the desired products are NOT in stock, we can usually manufacture them for you within 2-3 week. But please note that no orders are processed during weekends and holidays. For urgent orders, always contact your closest dealer.

Shipping

Our rates and options for shipping are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process. You will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery.  If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us. Always keep your receipt.

Return and exchange policy

In accordance with the distance contract law, the customer has the right to return ordered products within 14 days from the date Rutgerson Marin delivered the goods.

Returns must be properly packaged and a return form must be filled in and enclosed with the shipment. The value of the goods is refunded including VAT, but excluding shipping charges.

If you wish to make a return after 14 days, please contact Rutgerson Marin and we will make an assessment of the individual case.

Rutgerson Marin has the right to apply a return reduction of 15% in the following cases:

  • Return after 14 days
  • If the original packaging is damaged / missing

Invoice number, name and customer number (if applicable).

 

The return freight cost is covered by the customer and he/she is responsible for the goods until it has been delivered to Rutgerson Marin. The product should be returned unused with its packaging and product manual in new condition. The item must not be broken or in a bad condition, we must be able to sell it immediately in mint condition. The customer will be reimbursed with the full amount including VAT. If the customer changes his/her mind about the order before Rutgerson has delivered it, he/she will be reimbursed with the full amount.

 

Delivery error / Missing products

If a product is missing in the delivery and it is not on backorder, please email us at order@rutgerson.se.

If the wrong article has been delivered, please email order@rutgerson.se and include the customer number and invoice number. Explain which article number of the product that is missing and which product that was sent instead of the ordered product. Rutgerson will then deliver the correct product together with a return shipping note. Please note that we will not refund any shipping costs for incorrectly sent items. Contact us and we will send a return shipping note.
