AIR Flushed Portlight
Rutgerson proudly introduces its first portlight sizes in a new range of flushed portlights. This product is meant to be installed on a fixed acrylic (PMMA), Polycarbonate (PC) or tempered glass by gluying it in place. It is possible to adapt the product to different thicknesses of the fixed glass and the minimum thickness is 8mm. Rutgerson’s AIR flushed portlight is lighter and less bulky than other solutions on the market. The portlight glass is completely flushed to the fixed glass from the outside. The frame that is glued to the fixed glass is made of anodised aluminium, the window is made of a high grade acrylic glass. The hinges are friction hinges, which means that the lid stays open by itself. Hinges, opening knobs and the remaining components are made of composite and acidproof stainless steel.
Rutgerson’s AIR flushed portlight is CE approved for all types of boats, all kinds of water (Design Category A) and for appliance location area IIb, III and IV.
