On the Wind is the world’s largest podcast about offshore sailing. It is produced by 59 North Sailing and based on one-hour long informal chats between the host Andy Schell and experienced ocean sailors from all over the world.
Among the guests we find sailing legends like Sir Robin Knox Johnson, Volvo Ocean Race skipper Magnus Olsson and famous YouTubers like the crew of SV Delos. Rutgerson’s founder Göran Rutgerson has also been interviewed on the show, as well as our Technical Designer Ludvig Hammarberg who has sailed around the world with his wife and their two children.
The podcast has been released in some 250 episodes so far, all together downloaded more than two million times since the start 2013. New episodes of the podcast are published weekly or bi-weekly.
