Product Information

We do our best to make sure the content on this website is correct and updated.  However, unintentional technical, typographical or photographic errors may occur and we do not warrant that any of the material is accurate, complete or current. We reserve the right to make changes to the material at any time without further notice. Please also note that colors on your computer screen are not always 100 % accurate.

Product Range

Rutgerson Marin AB reserves the right to remove products or change the product range before a purchase has been registered.

Prices

Prices are stated in Euro, SEK, or Dollar depending on your destination country. Purchases can only be made in the currency available for the country where you choose your delivery to be made. Rutgerson Marin AB reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. At times where software or human errors list products with an obvious faulty price Rutgerson Marin AB reserves the right to cancel the order with notification.

Age limit

If you are under the age of 18, your parents’ or guardian’s consent is required to make purchases on this webshop.

Payment

In terms of payment, we accept credit cards. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). The payment method is paypal, which is a well-known system for webshops all over the world.

Local taxes

As our webshop is international and we ship to countries all over the world, additional taxes in countries outside Europe may apply. It is the customers’ responsibility to be informed about the domestic taxes and customs situation in their country respectively.

Shipping

We will ship your order as fast as we can, the delivery times differ depending on product groups. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.

Damage during transportation

All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. When returning goods to us, do not use snail mail as this is uninsured (and you will not be reimbursed if the package is lost). Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Rutgerson Marin AB does not accept refunds on purchases made on this webshop. If you want this possibility we recommend you to place your order through your local Rutgerson dealers.
